All sales are final due to the perishable nature of flowers. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We're happy to make it right with a replacement.

To resolve issues quickly, we may request a photo and your order number. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect delivery information or flowers not cared for after delivery.
